2. The essentials at a glance

  • This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services.
  • Fonts and images are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.
  • You complete orders in our shop at plasmabett.de, where its own privacy policy applies.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Each time a page is accessed, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system.

This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose.

4. Ordering via plasmabett.de

By clicking “Continue to checkout” you switch to our shop at plasmabett.de. The link only contains the selected jar size and quantity, the language and the source tag “moor-eiche.de”, but no personal data. Processing in the shop is governed by the plasmabett.de privacy policy.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete them once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – for example the authority at your place of residence or the Polish authority responsible for us, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
